What we do...

We are a Ready-To-Eat Meals Delivery Service. We work with Local Chefs, Kitchens and Food Creators to design and cook their delicious menus. We take care of having them delivered right to your door. You can keep them in your refrigerator, ready to heat and eat right when you need them!

When should your Order be placed?

Our Cut-Off-Day and Time for placing your Order is Thursdays (for next Wednesday Delivery) and Saturdays (for next Fridays Delivery). 

You will find a Countdown Clock in our Ordering Page. You will also get timely Emails and Reminders before the Cut-Off deadline.

When will your Meals get Delivered?

Your Meals will be delivered either Wednesdays or Fridays, according to your selected subscription, between 10am and 7pm.

How do you get your Meals?

Your selected Meals will be delivered once a week at your selected address. We use high quality Thermal Coolers and Ice Packs that will hold your food cool and fresh for around 4-6 hours. This means you don't have to be on-site to get your delivery. We will leave it in front of your door and ready for you when you get back. Each week we will request you leave your empty Cooler and Ice Pack from the previous week out by the door, and we will switch it with a Fresh Cooler with the new Meals.

Which specific areas do we Deliver to?

We deliver our Meals all over Orlando! This includes Downtown Orlando, Winter Park, Longwood, Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Oviedo, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Celebration, Hunter's Creek, Waterford Lakes among others. What is the required Minimum number of Meals on each Delivery?

Minimum Meals required for each Weekly Delivery is 5 Meals. There's also packs of 8 Meals or 15 Meals per week as an option for couples, groups and families.

Can I change my meals each week?

Yes, your subscription can be easily managed through your Dashboard. Selections for the following week need to be in by the Cut-Off date and hour guidelines within our ordering page to be fulfilled.

Can I order from multiple Chef menu Options on a single order?

Yes! You can meet the 5 Dish minimum with Meals from different Chefs available in our Menu.

What comes in each meal?

Each meal is designed by each respective Chef according to their own style and may include any portion of Protein, Carbs, Vegetables, Seafood and Pasta among other products.

What if I have a food allergy?

Each item description will include the layout and composition of the meal. At this time we cannot meet specific requests regarding food allergies. Please note that ALL meals are prepared in the same facility where other products are processed and cooked, including, but not limited to, nuts, soy, dairy, and shellfish. Big Bite Meals and/or our Chefs are not responsible for any illness that may occur due to a food allergy. 

When will I receive my first delivery?

If you place your order before the established deadline for either Wednesday or Friday Delivery, your first order will be included and delivered right on the next applicable delivery date for that cut-off.

At what time of day can I expect my meals to arrive?

Your meals will be delivered the day of scheduled delivery (Wednesday or Friday according to your subscription) at any time between 10am and 7pm. Our Thermal Coolers with Ice Packs will hold your Meals Cool and Fresh for approximately 4-6 hours, depending on weather conditions.

What if Im not Home?

No Problem! We deliver our meals in Thermal Bags with Ice Packs and are good to sit out for awhile. However, once they are within your property they are your responsibility.

Is there a charge for Thermal Cooler Bag(s) and Ice Pack(s) Combo?

We utilize premium quality Thermal Coolers and Ice Packs to keep your foods at optimal temperatures. When you first subscribe to our service, we will charge you a refundable $15 deposit for 1 thermal bag + ice pack combo. You are responsible to keep them damage free and return them to us should you cancel or pause your membership for an extended period. 

 

If a Thermal Cooler Bag(s) and/or Ice Pack(s) needs to be replaced due to client mishandling or is not returned at the conclusion of your membership, your account will be charged and/or the deposit on the items will become non-refundable.

What do I do with my cooler bag and Ice Pack for each delivery?

You are responsible for leaving your cooler bag and ice pack out at your drop-off location for our driver to exchange with the next order.

 

On the scheduled Delivery day, this would mean leaving the cooler in the same location it was dropped off on the previous delivery day. Our drivers will leave cooler bags on the front doorstep unless you notify us to leave in a different location such as a Back or Side Door.

 

Each cooler bag will be clearly marked with the registered customer name to ensure tracking of your own coolers is fast and simple.

 

A $15 refundable deposit will be added to your account for each additional thermal bag + ice pack combo that we leave for you to keep your foods refrigerated. Your meals may be delivered the day of your subscriptions' schedule at any time between 10am and 7pm.

Can Meals be heated in an Oven?

Our usual containers are not oven-safe. If using an oven, meals must be transferred to an approved oven-safe container.
